Savoury Balls

Ingredients
cassava: 2 50
onions: 1
garlic: 1/2 31
egg, chicken: 1
salt, table: 1/2 31
oil, frying:

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Mix the grated cassava, onion, garlic and salt.
3. Lightly beat the egg and add to the cassava mixture. Mix together until smooth.
4. Make small balls with the mixture.
5. Use a quarter of a mug of oil to fry some of the balls. Use the remainder of the oil to top up the oil level whilst frying the rest of the balls.
