Spicy Cassava Cake

Ingredients
spices: 1/2 31
coconut: 1
oranges: 1/2 50
margarine: 2 27
flour, cassava: 3 50
egg, chicken: 2
sugar: 1 1/2 27
nutmeg: 1/2 31
salt, table: 1/2 31
vanilla: 1 31

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
2. Add melted margarine and mix well.
3. Add eggs, vanilla essence and milk.
4. Beat the mixture well.
5. Put into a well greased bread tin.
6. Bake in a moderately hot oven (180 - 190?C) for 1 1/2 hours.
