Curried Tuna and Banana

Ingredients
bananas: 6
onions: 1
lemon: 1 27
milk: 2 29
margarine: 8 27
sugar: 1 31
broth: 1 29
curry: 2 1/2 31
flour, wheat: 6 27
ginger: 1/4 31
salt, table: 1 1/2 31
tuna fish: 3 35

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Melt 6 tbsp margarine in saucepan. Add onion; cook until tender.
2. Stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually stir in bouillon and milk.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Add tuna and lemon juice; heat to serving temperature.
4. Meanwhile, peel bananas annd melt remaining 2 tbsp margarine. Cut bananas in half lengthwise and place on broiler rack. Brush with melted margarine annd broil 2 mn, until just tender.
5. Serve curried tuna over boiled bananas. Serve hot.
