Chicken with Banana

Ingredients
bananas: 3
lemon: 2 27
margarine: 2 48
chicken: 3 53
flour, wheat:
parsley:
pork, bacon: 4 48

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Wash chicken well and dry it, cut it in 8 pieces. Set aside spine to be used in broth. Flour all chicken pieces.
2. Cut bacon in fine strips and fry them without additional fat. Add margarine, let it melt and add chicken and fry turning once in a while until completely golden; put into skillet and let chicken cook for 45 mn.
3. Peel the bananas and cut them in thick pieces and add them to the chicken, pour lemon juice and cook 3 more mn until bananas are tender.
4. Do not over-cook the bananas.
5. Once cooked, season to taste and serve chicken with parsley around serving plate.
