Steps
1. Shell the maize.
2. Cook the maize and beans together in salted water until almost done (20 mn).
3. Peel the green bananas, wash them and add to the maize and beans. Cook for about 10 mn.
4. Clean, wash, and cut up the green leaf-vegetables, add to the boiling mixture and cook for 10 mn.
5. Mash the bananas in the mixture.
6. Add the milk, mix well and reheat, without boiling.
7. Season to taste and serve either hot or cold.
