Rice Cheese Cake

Ingredients
rice: 5 29
lemon: 2 31
milk: 1/2 29
egg, chicken: 3
sugar: 1 1/2 29
cheese, cottage: 1 1/2 29

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Beat together eggs and sugar about a minute. Mash cheese slightly and mix with milk and lemon peel; add to egg mixture.
2. Beat or process in blender till smooth. Stir in rice.
3. Pour into a buttered 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Serve warm.
