Mutton Rice Soup

Steps
1. Soak rice overnight. Wash, then drain.
2. Clean, wash, and cut mutton into small pieces. Boil water, add mutton. When the water boils again, add rice, onions, peppercorns, and cloves.
3. Again bring to a boil, then simmer slowly for 2 hours till meat and rice are very well cooked. Add salt and serve very hot.
