Pineapple Fried Rice

Ingredients
rice: 2 29
pineapple: 1/4 29
onions: 1 27
pepper, sweet: 1
pork: 1/4 29
bread: 1/4 29
broth: 1/2 21
coriander: 1 31
shrimps: 1 1/2 27
oil, cooking/salad: 1/2 29

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Heat oil, saute bread and dried shrimps until golden brown. Remove from pan annd drain on paper towels.
2. In the remaining oil, saute pork and onions. Stir-fry a minute, add bouillon cube, stir again.
3. Add cooked rice and pineapple, stirring al the time. Garnish with dried shrimps and fried bread and top with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
