Ingredients
rice: 2 29
water: 4 10
sugar: 1 1/2 29
cinnamon: 2 54
milk, powder: 2 35

Steps
1. Soak rice in water for 3 hours. Put in a blender and add cinnamon. Blend till smooth.
2. Transfer to a big bowl; add milk and sugar. Serve with ice.
