Spicy Fried Kangkong
Ingredients

Steps
1. Break off kangkong leaves; cut tender parts of the stalks into 3-inch-long pieces. Discard woody parts.
2. Pound together chilies, candlenuts, shallots, and shrimp paste.
3. Heat oil in the frying pan and fry pounded spices until fragrant. Add dried shrimps and cook another minute.
4. Add kangkong and saute just done. Add a little water, if necessary, and salt to taste.
5. Cook for a while. Remove from fire, and serve.
