Mushroom Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
tomatoes: 2
onions:
garlic: 7
mushrooms: 3
butter: 1 tablespoon
water: 500 ml
cheese: 75 g
coriander: 1 tablespoon
pepper
salt
capsicum: 2 segment

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Heat butter; add onions and garlic, and saute; do not brown.
2. Add capsicum and saute. Add water and bring to a boil.
3. Add tomatoes and mushrooms; cook until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Served topped with coriander leaves and cheese.
