Potato Soup with Onion and Milk

onions: 6
pepper, sweet: 4
milk: 2 29
water: 3 29

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Clean and slice the onions
2. Heat the oil and fry the onions until light brown.
3. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes, add to the onions and fry lightly.
4. Add the water and bring to a boil.
5. Clean and cut up the sweet peppers, add to the soup, and boil for about 20 minutes.
6. Add the milk and spices, heat and serve.
