Potato Patchelli

Ingredients
potatoes: 4
onions: 1
yoghurt, plain: 180
chillies: 3 or 4
coconut, milk:
ginger: 1 40
salt, table:

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Mix together the potatoes, onion, chilies and ginger.
2. Add the thick coconut milk, and stir into the mixture to give a consistency of thick porridge.
3. Add the beaten yoghurt, salt to taste and mix well.
4. Put on the fire, bring to the boil and serve.

Comments
As a variation, just before serving, you can add a few curry leaves, a little mustard seed and two dried chilies. that have been fried and roughly ground.
