Steps
1. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a little oil until golden.
2. Wash, peel and chop the potatoes, add to the fried onions and garlic, together with water, seasonings and bixin or turmeric, to give a good colour.
3. Boil until potatoes are well cooked, then add the milk and cheese.
4. Return to boil, then remove from the heat and serve, with avocado and salad.
