Curried Plantain

Ingredients
banana, plantain: 6
chillies:
egg, chicken: 1
coconut, milk: 2 29
curry: 1 27
salt, table:
garam masala: 1 31
oil, cooking/salad: 2 27

Cooking Time (minutes): average (30 minutes - 2 hours)
Steps
1. Fry the ground chilies and curry powder in the oil for 1 minute.
2. Add the sliced plantain and fry until lightly coloured.
3. Add salt and coconut milk and cook gently over a low fire for 20-30 minutes.
4. Remove from the fire and stir in the gram masala and lightly beaten egg.
5. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve with plain boiled rice.
