Steps
1. Mix together the flour, skimmed milk powder and salt (optional).
2. Add water and stir over a low fire for five minutes.
3. Add sugar and sieved fruit puree.
4. Reheat, add oil or margarine and mix well.
5. Sieve if necessary and allow to cool a little before serving.
