| Task 3.1: Implement the evaluation workplan |
The workplan is put into action and the evaluation begins. Doing this requires much more than just collecting data; it also includes careful thought about timing, the logistics and process of data collection, and the management and analysis of data.
When implementing the evaluation workplan, the evaluation team must continually consider and be ready to respond to the following questions:
Task 1.1 provides a basis for choosing the right tools. Other tasks will have indicated the stakeholder capacities required for a participatory approach.
