SB 50 sessions

17 – 27 June 2019, Bonn, Germany

From 17-27 June 2019, the fiftieth session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI 50) and the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA 50) is taking place in Bonn, Germany.

At this year’s conference, a major objective will be to finalise remaining decisions, also known as the 'rulebook' ensuring the full implementation of the Paris Agreement

Julia Wolf (FAO) and Sadya Ndoko (UNDP) presented Trainings on gender - responsive adaptation planning in agriculture

18-19 June - Workshop on Koronivia Joint Work on Agriculture

The focus is on methods and approaches for assessing climate change adaptation, adaptation co-benefits and resilience. Participants will look at improved soil carbon, soil health and soil fertility under grassland and cropland as well as integrated systems, including water management.
