WaPOR, remote sensing for water productivity

New WaPOR knowledge package in the GEO Knowledge Hub

Virtual Event, 23/04/2024

The webinar, held on April 23 from 14:00 to 16:00 (Central European Time - CET), was a presentation of the FAO WaPOR system. It featured a live demo of the portal and attracted over 80 participants. Organized by the GEO Knowledge Hub team in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the webinar aimed to introduce attendees to 'WaPOR: FAO's Portal to Monitor Water Productivity through Open Access of Remotely Sensed Derived Data.' This session provided a comprehensive overview of the WaPOR system, highlighting its role as a valuable tool for monitoring water productivity using remotely sensed data in agriculture.

Presented by:
Peiser, L., Gillet, V., Spencer, A., & Mul, M. (2024, May 6). Webinar - WaPOR: FAO's portal to monitor Water Productivity through Open access of Remotely sensed derived data. GEO Knowledge Hub.
