Bénéficiaire du Pôle agri-accélérateur de Béja, elle porte un projet agricole intégré ralliant l’élevage, la céréaliculture, l’oléiculture ainsi que des spéculations arboricoles fruitières. Sa ferme repose sur le modèle de l’agriculture circulaire d’où son engagement pour la revalorisation des déchets agricoles. Saima œuvre également pour la promotion du savoir-faire ancestral de sa région dans la transformation des produits du terroir.

This video presents Zied Chebbi, owner of an integrated family project involving livestock (sheep and cattle), field crops and legumes in north-west Tunisia. Specializing in the development of the Thibar Black Breed, Zied's project embodies the principles of responsible investment in agriculture and food systems. Participating in the 2023 cohort of the Pôle agri-accélérateur de Béja, he has followed the responsible coaching process and has been able to strengthen the triple performance of his activities in terms of profits, socio-economic and environmental impacts.

This video presents Asma Rouissi, a woman agri-entrepreneur in the aromatic and medicinal plant value chain in north-west Tunisia. A 2023 winner of the Pôle agri-accélérateur de Béja, she is the driving force behind a responsible agricultural project specializing in agri-food processing and the valorization of local products based on local plants (Caroubier, Pistachier lentisque, Jujubier, etc.). She also offers affordable and accessible alternatives for people suffering from various food intolerances.

This video introduces Farah Ghozzi, a young woman agri-entrepreneur in the aromatic and medicinal plant value chain of northwest Tunisia. A 2023 winner of the Pôle agri-accélérateur in Béja, she is responsible for a farming project specializing in the production and transformation of these plants into essential oils and hydrolats through her brand of natural cosmetics.
