World Soil Day displays SAMIS successes

The Department of Agricultural Land Management (DALAM) organized the World Soil Day on 5th of December 2020 with the support of FAO.
The SAMIS concrete results were shared in multiple booths, including the FAO one, the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology that presented LaCSA, and the DALAM. In particular, the Vice Minister H.E. Bounkhouang Khambounhueng visited in detail the SAMIS booth learning about agro-ecological zoning, he future scenarios, and the agricultural cover mapping.
