Self-evaluation and Holistic Assessment of climate Resilience of farmers and Pastoralists (SHARP)

SHARP training in Dushanbe as part of a regional project in Central Asia

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) will provide capacity building to stakeholders of Central Asia during a training of trainers in Tashkent from the 11 to 14 of November as part of the Central Asian Countries Initiative for Land Management (CACILM). Ms Maria Hernandez Lagana and Ms Suzanne Phillips will provide training on the Self-evaluation and Holistic Assessment of climate Resilience of farmers and Pastoralists (SHARP) tool in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The training will consist on classroom and hands-on training of national focal points from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
