TAP-AIS in Eritrea
In Eritrea, the project contributes to the agenda of the Government of the State of Eritrea to transform the agriculture sector for inclusive and sustainable growth through support to strengthen capacity to innovate of national stakeholders at various levels. The project aims to strengthen the capacities of four selected national organizations to identify the gaps and the development needs as perceived by the agents of these organizations and by their partners, and develop action plans for each of the four organizations which are partially supported by the project. Bridging events and a policy dialogue process are organized under this project, in order to strengthen mechanisms for collaborations among agricultural innovation systems (AIS) actors and improve the enabling environment for innovation in Eritrea.
