Nivel regional
A nivel regional, el proyecto TAP-AIS apoya a las organizaciones regionales de investigación y extensión (ORRE) en África, Asia-Pacífico y América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) para fortalecer las capacidades en los sistemas nacionales de innovación agrícola. Las ORRE han realizado evaluaciones rápidas conjuntas y, en función de las brechas identificadas en sus regiones y entre regiones, han adaptado e integrado herramientas y enfoques de TAP en sus programas de trabajo. Las ORRE han implementado capacitaciones participativas, publicado y compartido buenas prácticas, compartido experiencias, herramientas prácticas y facilitados grupos de trabajo multilaterales sobre temas técnicos altamente relevantes como la educación superior y la agroecología, al tiempo que integran enfoques para fortalecer las capacidades funcionales basadas en el Marco Común (MC) de TAP. El apoyo brindado por el proyecto TAP-AIS fortalece las capacidades de las ORRE para cumplir con sus mandatos frente a las circunscripciones nacionales y fortalece el intercambio de conocimientos y la colaboración entre las ORRE dentro y entre las regiones.
