National stakeholders from Niger met on 26 May 2016 in Niamey to analyze the scaling up of the agricultural water management technologies such as rainwater harvesting, shallow wells and several technologies such as river diversion with gravity irrigation, pumping technologies, soil and water conservation, drip irrigation, surface irrigation and Californian systems.
