The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations (UN) has today publicly launched a new Web portal on illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing.

The Web portal will serve as a point of reference for FAO initiatives in the wide-ranging sphere of IUU fishing. 

This latest initiative was published a few days prior to the first International Day on IUU fishing, held by FAO on 5 June 2018.
