The inception workshop to officially launch the “Knowat - Knowing water better” project, took place on the 7 November 2019 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The workshop gathered representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, the civil society, financial institutions, universities and research institutes, and from the private sector.
