Currently, more than 2 billion people are affected by moderate or severe hunger and malnutrition, and 4.2 billion still lack sanitation facilities. Trends have decelerated due to COVID and economic stagnation. This session will provide voices from the field, to share the perspective of the most vulnerable people, who are facing these challenges every day. What is being done to build back better? Is water improvement strengthening peoples resilience to short and long term shocks? The session will share interviews with beneficiaries form local action of water management for food, health and nutrition. A panel of development action will provide discussion and Q&A for the session.
