The Inception Workshop to officially launch the “Knowat - Knowing water better” project in Sri Lanka was held in Colombo on 7 November 2019. The workshop gathered representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, the civil society, financial institutions, universities and research institutes and from the private sector.
