On 26 March 2020, LEGN participated in a webinar organized by UNIDROIT and UNCITRAL on developing an international model law on warehouse receipts. LEGN's participation was sought in light of its important work in this area, which includes a publication entitled  ¨Designing warehouse receipt legislation – Regulatory options and recent trends” (Wehling & Garthwaite, 2015), as well as the provision of technical support to different countries. The webinar opens another avenue for continued collaboration with UNIDROIT on issues related to contractual relations in different stages of the agriculture supply chain.
