The Development Law Service has developed and delivered, in conjunction with the African Union Inter-African Bureau for Animal Resources (AU-IBAR) and the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), comprehensive training programmes on veterinary legislation. For example, in August 2013, more than 80 delegates representing veterinary services of several African countries participated in sessions in Tanzania and Kenya.
