DescriptionIssued a resolution that cuts the time given to exporters to pay taxes on grain and oilseed exports. The resolution will reduce the permitted time for the registration of exports from 45 to 30 days and force exporters to pay the tax shortly after the date of sale, and not on the date of shipment, as is currently the case.
