NotesBRAZIL transport policy: In January, Brazils transport regulator ANTT revised the rules used to calculate minimum freight rates. Reportedly, the rules have been simplified compared to the version in place since mid-2019. Key parameters now include haul distance and the type of cargo, truck and loading operation.
