DescriptionIntroduced a temporary ban on exports of wheat flour, spelt flour, coarsely ground buckwheat groats, hulled buckwheat grain and finished buckwheat food products. The ban applies to exports to all countries, including countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), and is valid for three months, starting from 22 July 2021.
