DescriptionAdopted Council Regulation (EU) 2022/1903 extending the geographical scope of the trade restrictions on the non-government-controlled regions of Ukraine. The regulation extends the blanket import ban on all goods and services to account for the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions as well. The measure enters into force on 7 October.
