DescriptionAs part of its 2023 budgetary allocations, announced that it would destine GYD 300 (USD 1.4) million to promote productivity improvements through research and development and to contain paddy bug infestations. In addition, it would construct new drying facilities, introduce biofortified varieties and seek new markets for produce.
