DescriptionThe US Department of Agriculture\'s Risk Management Agency announced it would expand Margin Protection plans for soybean and maize farmers in 1 255 and 1 729 counties respectively. Farmers will be able insure their 2024 crops under this programme, as long as they purchase coverage by the end of September 2023.
