DescriptionIntroduced a new round of the "soy dollar" programme, effective 4 September 2023, allowing exporters to buy 25% of soybeans using their export revenues at a free exchange rate, while the remaining 75% will be traded at the official exchange rate of ARS 350 per USD. One month after implementation, the programme was extended until 25 October 2023.
