DescriptionAnnounced decision to keep sunflower oil export duty at 0 in August 2023, based on an indicative price of USD 829.4 per tonne, which is down USD 43 per tonne from the July 2023 quotation. Meanwhile, the export duty on sunflower meal was raised to RUB 7 444.0 (USD 82.5) per tonne, its highest level since the beginning of the 2022/23 season. The August sunflower meal export duty is based on an indicative price of USD 270.2 per tonne, down USD 1.2 per tonne from July.
