DescriptionExtended the Export Increase Program until 10 December 2023, allowing exporters of all exportable products, including oilseeds and derived products, to cash 50 percent of their export proceeds with the "contado con liquidación" (CCL), a mechanism providing favourable exchange rates, while the other 50 percent were exchanged at the official rate pegged at ARS 353 per USD.
