DescriptionExtended measures of reduced basic import duties for both crude and refined vegetable oils until 31 March 2025. The duties for crude palm, soy and sunflower oils will remain at 0, and for refined palm, soy and sunflower oils at 12.5 percent. The Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess on these crude oils, a tax collected to provide financial support for the country’s agricultural infrastructure development, would also remain at 5 percent.
