DescriptionAuthorized a domestic programme worth EUR 230 million (USD 251 million), under the Temporary Framework for State aid during crisis and transition periods, to support maize producers who are facing financial liquidity difficulties caused by disruptions from the war in Ukraine. The aid will consist of limited amounts of aid in the form of direct grants. Each recipient may receive up to EUR 280 thousand (USD 305 thousand) in grants, paid no later than June 30, 2024.
