DescriptionAuthorized limited exports of essential commodities, including wheat, to the Maldives through Notification No. 03/2023. Shipments of these commodities during the 2024/25 financial year, which commenced on 1 April, has been exempt from any current or future restrictions or prohibitions on exports. Specifically, India has permitted exports of 109 162 tonnes of wheat flour to the Maldives.
