DescriptionDecreased export duties on wheat from RUB 3 952.9 to RUB 3 800.5 (from USD 41.45 to USD 39.85) per tonne, on maize from RUB 1 083.5 to RUB 828.9 (from USD 11.36 to USD 8.69) per tonne, and increased on barley from RUB 190 to RUB 571 (from USD 1.99 to USD 5.99) per tonne. These export duties came into effect on 28 February.
