NotesARGENTINA WTO complaint: Argentinas government has filed a formal complaint with the World Trade Organization (WTO) over the European Unions decision to impose definitive anti-dumping duties on biodiesel imports from Argentina and Indonesia (see MPPU Nov. & Dec.13). Allegedly, the EUs calculations of the final anti-dumping duties were based on improper data. Should consultations to find a mutually a agreeable solution fail, Argentina may request that an independent panel of experts be established to look into the issue.
