DescriptionAccording to Thai officials, a state enterprise from Heilongjiang, Beidahuang, cancelled an import agreement for 1.2 million tonnes of rice reportedly reached with Thailand in November 2013. The withdrawal from the agreement would arise from concerns over an ongoing investigation by Thai National Anti-Corruption Commission over the transparency of said deal.
