DescriptionReached a government-to-government agreement – between Venezuela and Uruguay – under which the Uruguay will export five staples to Venezuela, having its payment deducted from its oil arrears to Venezuela. The accord, formally concluded in September, includes 90 000 tonnes of rice and paddy to be shipped to Venezuela by year\'s end.
