DescriptionDecided to continue allocating additional supplies of subsidized foodgrains for distribution to Below Poverty Line (BPL) and Above Poverty Line (APL) in States and Union Territories that had not yet implemented the National Food Security Act. The measure will be effective from October 2015 through March 2016, or until the National Food Security Act is implemented in such states.
