DescriptionIntroduced, from 1 August 2016, two new wheat classes and eliminated three, to maintain the quality and improve the consistency of the Canadian wheat classes system. The new classes are Canadian Northern Hard Red (NHR) and Canada Western Special Purpose (CWSP); the eliminated classes are Canada Western Interim Wheat (CWIW), Canada Western General Purpose (CWGP) and Canada Western Feed (CWF).
