DescriptionPostponed the planned reduction in export taxes for soybean, soyoil and soymeal to 2018–2019. Meanwhile, starting March 2017, soy growers in the country’s 10 northern provinces will be provided with an export tax refund equivalent to 5 percent of the free-on-board soybean price.
